In line with best practices in Nonprofit Governance and its commitment to transparency, accountability, and sustainable impact, the Onuesoke Foundation has formally introduced a Board of Directors to provide strategic leadership and oversight for the Foundation’s activities.
The Board of Directors will play a critical role in guiding the Foundation’s vision, strengthening institutional credibility, and ensuring that all programs—particularly in climate change action, afforestation, environmental sustainability, and community-based educational initiatives such as the mobile and office libraries are executed with integrity, efficiency, and measurable impact.
Comprising experienced professionals, community leaders, and development advocates, the Board will be responsible for policy formulation, strategic planning, financial oversight, partnerships, and resource mobilization. This structure ensures that the Foundation remains mission-driven while aligning with national and international standards for nonprofit organizations.
